We explain what data Zone 11 may process, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

The owner's full legal identity and postal address will be added when the project's legal formalisation is complete. Zone 11 will not use these data for commercial purposes until that information is complete.

Why data is processed
Data is used to remember preferences, obtain basic anonymous statistics, measure consented advanced reads and answer enquiries. It is not sold, used for personalised advertising or profiling, and no automated decisions with legal effects are made.

If you turn on the bell for a league, team or player, we store your email address, chosen topic and language solely to send related new stories. Processing is based on consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or by emailing info@zone11fc.com.
We retain the subscription while it remains active and, after opt-out, only the minimum evidence needed to honour your choice and meet legal obligations.
Providers and transfers
Zone 11 uses technical providers including Supabase for its database and website hosting and delivery services. They access only data needed to provide and protect their services.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or valid safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You may request information at info@zone11fc.com.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability free of charge, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email info@zone11fc.com stating the right you wish to exercise; we may request the minimum information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, extendable by two months in complex cases with notice.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, at aepd.es. aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
Each change will be dated. If purposes are added or the legal basis changes, notice and renewed consent will be provided where required.
